Digital service
Site Solved provides a digital subscription service. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.
28-day first payment refund
If you request a refund within 28 days of your first payment, we will refund the first charge in full.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.

Include your account email and a brief reason for your request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
